The Greater Cincinnati market continues to show healthy activity with a little more balance between buyers and sellers. Active inventory reached 3,198 homes, up 5.6% from last July, giving buyers more choices while still keeping the market moving. The median sold price was $332,000, up 1.8% year over year, demonstrating continued strength in home values. Homes sold in a median of 9 days, and 1,847 homes closed in July, an increase of 6.3% from the same month last year. Overall, Cincinnati remains a resilient market with opportunities for both buyers and sellers when properties are priced and positioned strategically.
